Lake Worth Park of Commerce
Ms. Deady was a sub-consultant on a team to complete an Infrastructure Master Plan pursuant to a federal Economic Development Administration grant provided to the City of Lake Worth targeting its Park of Commerce. The City’s effort was based upon a vision of transforming the Park of Commerce to a light industrial “green” Park of Commerce to draw green business, employment and industry. The effort focused on completing an analysis of existing infrastructure opportunities and obstacles including transportation, energy, telecommunications, water, wastewater and stormwater management. Ms. Deady’s primary responsibility was to review and recommend green building requirements as well as create a financing and implementation structure for the effort. Recommendations included financial incentives for energy efficiency retrofits for businesses in the Park of Commerce. Completion is August 2010.
